Hello!
I've had this issue for the last month or so.
Whenever I try playing a video back whether in the timeline or in the preivew box, the video starts off very choppy and then resolves itslef. It exports fine, but obviously I would like for it to be playing okay from the offset. Any suggestions?
I have uninstalled and redownladed all revalent drivers and PP itself, same issue.
I'm using a dell XPS 9710 with i7 processer and 16gb of RAM.
I've attached a video showing my problem.
Thanks!

Did you try lowering the Playback Resolution in the Program panel?

If that doesn't work, try Preferences > Audio Hardware and set Input to None.
If that doesn’t work, try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site. If NVIDIA, do a clean installation of the latest Studio Driver (NOT the Game Driver)
If that doesn't work, try creating a new project and import the old one into it.
