Playback is 2x speed

When i play the playback, it plays i 2x speed, i tried the jkl keys and pressing j just takes me to reverse nothing has worked for me yet, pls help!!

Do you have any video devices enabled in 'Preferences > Playback"?

Make sure Default input for Audio Hardware in the Pref is set to none.
