playback issue with PP 2025

when i press play for playback, i get the below issue. this is random - sometimes it happens and sometimes it does not. when it does happen i have to restart/keep trying till it fixes itself and dissapears

 

this is a screenshot of the issue - it flickers on the screen

 

i am running win 11 on alienware with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090

 

everything is up to date

Which Premiere Pro version are you using?

thanks. annoying how we pay with a liver to get the best GPU's and CPU's and they do this... 😐

Every human on the planet is flawed. Ain't none of us perfect. Yea, Nvidia's humans, like all others, at times don't stick the landing. I certainly don't all the time.

 

So at times they release a driver that doesn't work in some software. And if you're using that software, you may need to try a different driver.
