PLAYBACK NOT WORKING

Premiere stopped working today. Whatever I put into it it's not playing the timeline. Well it is, but after like 30 seconds and each small change freezes it again and again. I don't have time to waste especially on you and I'm paying you huge amounts of money for this poor little thingy that struggles to work properly. I tried clearing cache, restarting my PC, checking different sequences, projects and all this mumbo jumbo that never works. I'm really tired of your crap. Can you stop playing games and fix your app? I have the newest version. I had this issue in the past too.

If you delete all the video clips, would the audio play smoothly or will it be the same issue?

If yes, then there must be something too "heavy" in the videos/effects you're using. It's a 4K sequence at 50fps, which is quiet heavy on most systems, are you sure yours can handle it?

Retrace your steps to pinpoint where the playback issue is coming from exactly.

This is a community where we, users, try to help each other out, if you want to contact adobe directly there are other channels to do that.

All answers to your questions can be found in a video I've attached. But to repeat, yes I tried a different sequence, 1080p etc, deleting AS IS ON THE VIDEO doesn't fix, an image and a adjustment layer, all you need for it to stop working. No I have a PC from 2000 and I'm posting this. F this, watch the video.

I did watch the video, how else could I have known you're working with a 4K sequence at 50fps.

And no, not all answers to my questions are in the video.
