Plugin not showing in premiere pro, but in after effect

Hi, 

I have a problem with the plugin RSMB After a windows reset.

It's showing in after effect and not in premiere pro.

I tried to place the plugin folder on desktop, reset plugin cache of premiere pro, put the plugin folder back, re-launch, and it's the same.

Tried to uninstall and reinstall the plugin, same.

Tried to clear registery, but it recreate the keys, with ignore set to 1.

If I set it to 0 it's the same.

The logs of premiere pro Said '' could not load the library of this plugin ''.

What can i do ?
