Position changes with transform effect in EGP

There is a bug I found that is when a text layer is animated with transform, and its position is changed with transform, for the first frame, it will be at the position of the "motion" part, not the "transform" position.

How do I fix it?

There are multiple anchor points that can affect this. See this post:

The transform effect adds its own properties, but it acts on the text layer with its properties.
