Posterize Time effect ruins the animation .. even if it's applied on a nested sequence

The problem is shown in the video I attached

I wanted to apply a posterize time effect on a nested sequence with an animation inside .. when I did it ruined the animation .. I tried to apply it on an adjustment layer above everything inside the nested sequence, and it was the same.

The only way that worked for me is exporting the nested sequence as a video and importing it again and applying the effect on it .. but it's not an efficient solution for me because I'm using a ton of these lower thirds in just one project.
