PP plays music tracks in stereo but exports only on left side. Any suggestions?

I've looked at and tried changing every setting and I've been on support with Adobe and they took control of my screen and they had NO clue what they were doing. 

Anyone else have the same problem? Id there a fix?

I've searched the internet and YouTube and can't find anything.

If you make a sequence using the inbuilt bars and tone does that export correctly?
