After installing updates to 22.0 and uninstalling as it did not open, I reinstalled the previous version and now that one doesn't work anymore.
I did no other changes at all. worked on a project this morning and now I cannot work anymore.
Frustrating as always as deadlines are closing in.
Any suggestions to solve this problem??

Encoder not working either but AE is actually opening.
