I don't know what is GPU drivers...
it is just a regular media, that was shot with iPhone

Your graphics card (GPU) has drivers - the software required to run the GPU. You update these drivers through the GPU manufacturer, so if you have an Nvidia GPU, you would go to Nvidia.com to get the drivers (or use their windows app - geforce experience). Macs typically get their drivers via the OS updates since all of those are integrated.
Phone footage is also something to be wary of since it will be Variable Framerate and typically a challenging video codec as well. It's some of the most unpredictable, most problematic media you can work with.

Please use the free MediaInfo and post a screenshot of the properties of your media in tree view:

Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Handbrake to convert to constant frame rate:
