Hello @dwightg28388026,
Sorry for the mix-up, but you do need to update using the Creative Cloud application, not any browser. Here is an article: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/download-creative-cloud-apps.html
Please try that and let us know if that worked for you.
Thanks,
Kevin

It may be possible that your current PC does not meet the minimum hardware requirements of any of the 2024 versions of the Adobe video programs because your CPU might not have supported AVX2 instructions which are absolutely required for these newer versions to even install at all. Examples of such CPUs which lack AVX2 instruction support are any Intel CPU that's older than a 4th-Gen (Haswell) mainstream or a 5th-Gen HEDT (Haswell-E), as well as any Pentium- or Celeron-branded CPU up to and including those that are derived from the 10th-Gen (Comet Lake) architecture - and also almost all of AMD's pre-Ryzen CPUs.
In this case, then, if you try to install the Creative Cloud desktop app, then it will default to an older version and can no longer be updated at all until you get an entirely new PC.
