Hi all.

I have been trying to export a video now for a week and Prem Pro keeps crashing on me.
Prior to this I never had an issue, and I have tired other videos that I have previously exported fine and it crashed on those as well.
I have tried all the troubleshooting issues and none have fixed it.
I have checked the footage, it is all good...
I have also uninstalled and reinstalled.

Does anyone have any advice on things to try?

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Do you have enough free hard drive space on your drive(s)?

Have you tried exporting through Adobe Media Encoder and also through direct export from Premiere Pro?

Did you try unchecking Hardware encoding in the video tab of the export settings?

Try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site. If NVIDIA, do a clean installation of the latest Studio Driver (NOT the Game Driver).

If that doesn't work, try creating a new project and import the old one into it.
