Prem. Pro sequence not displaying iPhone 13 Cinematic footage colour correctly.

Colour grading doesn't work with the new iPhone 13 Cinematic file format and any other footage added to the timeline has a grey hue.

All exported formats other than quicktime are blown out in colour, contrast and brightness.

Lost 16 hours of my life over the weekend.  Stick with the DSLR for shallow DOF until Adobe have fixed the issue.

You need to learn to use the color management in Premiere. You have HLG clips, which is an HDR format, and are working them on a Rec.709 sequence. That's the problem.

 

Select one or more clips in the Project panel, right-click, Modify/Interpret Footage, and in the CM settings at the bottom, set the Override option to Rec.709.
