Première pro ne lance pas

Bonjour, 

 

J'ai vraiment besoin de votre aide, 

Hier, il me semble que j'ai supprimé des fichier sur mon mac, pour le nettoyer et gagner de l'espace, mais le probleme est que je ne peux plus lancer premiere pro, c'est peut etre un probleme de cache selon chatgpt, meme en faisant ce qu'il me demande, premiere pro est toujours en mode loading au départ, et ne se lance pas..
Quelqu'un a déjà eu affaire à ce problème, 

J'ai pas mal de contrat à faire et je suis completement bloqué !

Have you tried holding down "Shift" while opening premiere and then check all of the boxes?

You can also try and uninstall Premiere Pro from the Creative Cloud Desktop app and then reinstall.

Unfortunately, you 'r link is down, I have unistall it 4 time and nothing happen, came back to premiere pro 24, and after 25 and still nothing happen.. 

 

I wish make a call with you to fix the problem..
