Premier 2022 update

I updated to the new 2022, since i’ve been struggling to use the software. I have tried to downgrade to the previous version, but as the projects I’m working on are created in the newer update, so they wont open in an older version. 

Im now having issues with, rednering, dynamic links to after effects, general use of the software - lags and crashes every 10-15 mins. It has been near impossible to use the software for the past 3 days. Have you any advise to fix this please?
