Premier 6.5 no audio being captured. Video is capture ok.

I am using Matrox capture cards. These are balanced audio XLR. The video is either analogue, component or SDI.

The video is captured ok and whilst I can hear the audio on the balanced output, no audio is being saved to the PC.

Having checked all the connections and settings, there is still no audio. I am also not seeing any confidence audio meters to ensure that this is being captured properly.

Any ideas would be greatly welcomed.
