Premier Crashing when I try to render

Im using premier pro on my macbook Pro, 

Intel HD Graphics 630 1536 MB

Every time I try to "render in to out" or even "export media" the process begins and then suddenly my computer restarts with an error message on my screen that something went wrong and it needs to restart.  This has never happened until today. Please advise.

Sorry. It appears that your Mac is no longer meeting system requirements. If you are working with H.264 files, work with HD instead of 4K files until you can afford a new computer.
