Support?? I spent the weekend with a problem with Premier, as two Brazilian attendants and an American could not solve the problem that prevented Preier from opening on my machine. Monday came, Tuesday and nothing, no response. I, and only I, identified and solved, for now, the problem that is chronic in the engineering of the program. And the attention given to me by a paid program and resources?? Terrible. Unfortunate and, by the way, they still couldn't even identify it. Even after they entered my machine remotely, installed and uninstalled windowns, without resolving it. This is adobe.

Sorry for all of the frustration! What version of Premiere Pro do you have? And what operating system do you have? Any additional computer specs would be helpful, too.
