I keep trying to download video to edit,but when i do it pauses. Then won't play after i'm done

Tyler,

Try downloading a clip from Adobe Stock. There are free ones you can try there. Next to the search bar for the Video category, look for the "Free" option. That way, you can be sure a good clip is downloaded and will work with Premiere Pro. Let us know if that works!
