premier not opening on new imac

i have premier and creative cloud updated and trying to run it on the new imac with big sur 11.3 and everytime i try to open it i get a apple warning "adobe premier 2021 can not be opened because of a problem check w develioped to make sure AP2021 works with this version of mac os you may need to reinstall"

Did you use Creative Cloud to uninstall first? That's usually a good idea.

 

And this Lifewire article may help. (The disclaimer about macOS version doesn't necessarily mean it won't work on Big Sur.)
