There is a strange issue with Adobe Premiere 2021.

While opening Premiere Pro 2021, its freezes on AEXD.aex

On the same machine, other user can use it without any error. but some students are stuck on splash screen with loading AEXD.aex

Is there any particular reason?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Hi subash.gurung,

Sorry for the delay. Please try these steps & check if Premiere Pro is launching properly.

  • Navigate to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\7.0\MediaCore
  • Temporarily move the plugins inside the MediaCore folder to a folder on the desktop
  • Launch Premiere & check if it's working properly

Hope it helps.

Thanks,

Sumeet

Hi Sumeet,

Issue is that some users can use premiere pro without any issue.
only few users are stuck on AEXD screen.

Users are managed on AD.

Also i have tried above instruction this works without any issue.

Thank you.

Hello, the solution I found was to remove the Public folder from MediaCore and the problem was solved
