Premier Pro and After Affects error

Newest version Premier and After Affects start but as soon as you try to do something like open or New, you get an error.  Win 11 Pro Version 10.0.26100 Build 26100

Please try to delete the apps and re-install them.

I did uninstall Premire then reinstalled with same error.  Premire and After Afects have the error but photoshop & media encoder do not.

Did you use the Cleaner Tool?
