Premier Pro and After Effects crashing after opening a project with any media in it

So when i open up either after effects or premier pro it crashes when i try to open up a project with any sort of file.

I have no idea what can cause the issue as the files are all perfectly fine.

Sorry about the crash. Can you let us know your system details (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)? Do you see any error codes or messages when it crashes?
