Hello!
It's a macOS Catalina. version 10.15.7.
I will try to update to macOS Big Sur for sure just to see if I can fix this.
I'm launching the app> then it freezes with the hourglass spinning. ah... and the comp. cooler starts working intensively.
The only message is after I force quit.
and another detail is that in the second this popup message is displayed, the front page of the app (what you see in the background of the print screen) appears. But only then.
