Premier Pro - Crashes frequently, Lags a lot, Goes unresponsive

Hi All,

I am using a system with the below configuration:

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-10900 CPU @ 2.80GHz 2.81 GHz
Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.7 GB usable)
Device ID F7EE7AFF-B282-4B7F-9368-C38BE658606C
Product ID 00330-53791-28975-AAOEM
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
NVIDIA 3070

Now when I start Premier Pro, it starts fine. However, the moment I import any .mogrt file, it goes unresponsive or it goes super slow and then ultimately crashes. 

Can anyone please help me here? I am tired of trying out everything. If anyone can connect on a zoom call maybe, then it will be super helpful.
