I have installed Adobe Premiere Pro on a number of machines more than capable of running the software. When I or a member of staff are logged into a machine, Premiere Pro runs fine. On a pupil login, it freezes on the aedx.aex plugin.. Does Premiere Pro require local admin rights to the C Drive to run? I have given full access to the Program Files/Adobe/ folder but it still freezes. Does anyone have experience running this on a network and if so what group policy exceptions need to be in place to allow Premiere Pro to run? All other Adobe products run fine. Is there a log stored locally that could help troubleshoot? Any suggestion would be much appreciated!

is your media stored locally? and are all the adobe files located on your local startup drive?
If not, that might be the problem...

Everything is stored locally, all Adobe files are on local C Drive.
The problem is with the pupil login it must be something that is restricted within group policy or something similar as oupil logins are locked down for obvious reasons. I've just got to work out what and was hopiong someone might have come across something similar. Thanks for your response, much appreciated
