premier pro doesnt work

HI,

I have tried almost everything but despite being a good configuration system, Premier Pro doesnt work properly.. The moment I import any mogrt file or any heay media , it shows errors. Can someone please help me on a video call. I will share my screen and maybe you can guide me how to do it. Please this is a SOS call. I am currently using :

i9 - 10th Gen

2 TB SSD

Windows 11

32GB RAM

NVIDIA 3070

Please help.
