Premier Pro Install Help?

Hello. Ive recently subscribed, and own premier pro. However when i try opening the installer, and even run it as administrator, nothing happens. Just a quick blue loading circle, it dissapears, and that's that. 

Has anyone ever has the same issue, if so do you know of a fix? thank you so much.

UPDATE, FIXED. 

Almost directly after posting, I deleted all my installers, and downloaded the Adobe Creative Cloud software. From there I re-tried downloading Premiere Pro from the Creative Cloud software, it worked. Now I don't even need the software open to open Premiere Pro despite my past difficulties.

If you are having a similar issue, download the Creative Cloud Software, do it from there.
