Hey! So I'm experiencing the same issue as several others have been reporting, and from my viewpoint there seems to have been no real fix to this.
When exporting my project crashes, doesn't help to use media encoder, nor clearing cash or any of the suggested solutions. This has now affected all my projects and I'm unable to export anything.
I've tried different projects that previously worked, re-importing, re-installing, etc..
This does seem to be a problem tied to the H.264 codec.
I'm using a M1 Macbook Pro (12 gb ram)
Somona 14.7.4

If you switch to software encoding does you still crash?

I am able to export in other codec, but all exports tied to the H.264 codec crashes.

Sorry to hear about this. We will get it checked. Could you please confirm the version of Premiere Pro that you are using? For testing purposes, please try disabling hardware accelerated decoding under Premiere Pro > Settings > Media & check if it's exporting properly.

Hi @Håkan282156173ngk - Can you try and open "Keychain Access" and search for any token entries with "TikTok" and delete them? Then make sure you are logged out in export mode.
Can you try installing the beta current version 25.3.0 and let us know if you are still having issues.

I've installed updates, tried all your suggestions. The issue persists, it's been months without a fix. What's going on?

I can't even use Media encoder anymore because when I try switching the settings from H.264 it crashes.

Hi @Håkan282156173ngk - Welcom back, I'm sorry you are still having this issue. Can you confirm which troubleshooting steps you have taken?
Can you try upgrading to version 25.2 and let us know if that helps your issue.
