Premier Pro Masking Issues

New Here ,
Apr 09, 2025 Apr 09, 2025

Hi, I just updated PremierPro to the latest version (25.2.1 build 2), and stared having issues with the masking tool.

Essentially, when I try to modify the mask, it automatically expands. Attached are some screenshots of what I mean, as it is a bit hard to explain in writing.

You can see in the second image, when I moved one of the points that it didn't pull the mask with it.

Sorry, looks like your 2nd image didn't load. Can you re-upload it?

Okay i see it now, thank you!

It's hard to tell without seeing the project, but is it possible there are two masks here? If you turn/delete the mask on the brown shape does the footage fill the screen (no green) or does some green remain? I'm assuming the green is a color matte or is it something else?
