I am having some issues where Premier Pro doesn't want to import the full video, my video is about an hour long, and premier pro only imports the first 2 minutes of it. the sequence is currently 2 hours long, I do not wish to restart it. I tried to make a new project and import to that new one, but it's still doing the same thing on a different project.
I've tried to encode or change it in a media encoder, but the Media encoder is also reading the exact same time length as Premier pro.
Does anyone know the solution to this issue?

 The original video files is also compressed, I'm not sure if it helps.
