Premier Pro Windows Not Opening Or Unresponsive.

So I was working on a project, and saved a video to save redering time for a Title Animation. After trying to bring the video in after saving it, Premire Pro started acting wonky. Windows wouldn't open, and if they did they were unresponsive. I'd click on a drop down menu and nothing would show, the skimmer wouldnt show, cut tool, arrow, etc. I restarted the PC, updated the App, and cleared Cache.

OK, I actually figured this out myself. There was something similar that I saw after I postewd. My Program Window was set to larger than the monitor I was using, I hit the Minimize button and it works fine now.
