Premiere 13.0.3 won't launch

After waiting for a fix for the Threadripper debacle I decided I'd install the latest update, 13.0.3 The install was uneventful, but now Premiere will not get past the splash screen, it just sits there. Task manager shows "not responding". What is going on at Adobe? I uninstalled and repeated the process 3 times, same result. Also, 13.0.3 installs over 13.0.2 they can't exist side by side. Anyhow back to 13.0.2 and poor playback... 😞 This is just a heads up for anyone thinking of installing this version. Mark

13.0.3 is a dot version so it will overwrite 13.0.2.

I have 13.0.3 installed and no complaints.

Make sure you have the latest graphics driver installed.

I had a few issues with previous nvidia drivers.

My PC is this:

Windows 10 v 1803

Threadripper 16 core

64GB RAM

GTX 1080ti Nvidia Driver 419.17

Samsung 960 m.2 Boot Drive

Samsung 960 m.2 Scratch

I simply clicked on the update button within the Adobe CC menu, it replaced 13.0.2

with 13.0.3, which would not open.

I uninstalled 13.0.3 and reinstalled 13.0.2, at least I can continue editing.
