Premiere 13.1 does not use my eGPU

Sadly Premiere 13.1 does not use my egpu.

Using Mojava 10.14.4

Egpu is a Vega 64 over thundebrolt3 with the akitio node pro. The Egpu itself works, other programs can use it to render.

look for r5 hacker i am wearing builder hat goto that chaneel and ill make video based on nvenc

its eye opening

btw i have r5 it shoots some of the hardest canon r5 files
