Premiere 2021 does not have enable captions in menu for Program Sequence

Imported files will not display captions in Program Sequence.  Caption Display is not an option in Tools at the Program sequence.  How does one play Captions with content in Program Sequence.  Versions 15.0 and higher, please.

There is a new caption workflow as of version 15 (PR 2021). Here's the reference guide:

Click on the new Captions workspace, or Window -> Text to get to the new Text Panel (Captions).

If you have updated to 15.4 or later, you now have the ability for speech to text.

The new workflow is VERY different. Let us know if you have questions or run into problems.

You no longer "enable" captions in the Program or  Source Monitors.
