Premiere 2022

Hi, I have updated to 2022. It now does not preview or expoert properly. Th epreviews are staggard and the exprted video plays at about 1000 speed with no audio. I have aproject that needs to be sent today. Please help.

• What are your system details (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)?
• Which device did you use to capture media files? Are they screen recorded footage?
