Premiere 22.30 (build 121) isn't working well with Monterey 12.3.1

Hello, I recently updated Premiere to 22.30 (build 121). Then Monterey updated to the version in the title: 12.3.1. Now I can start editing as usual but within seconds the playback freezes. I can drag the playhead across the timeline but the Program window is either stuck in play (not playing) or it's stuck in Stop, combine with a beachball and it is a Premiere experience of frustration. Then if I force quit the effects Contro panel blanks but just stays on the screen until Premiere finally quits.

Hi steveisgracerx,

We're sorry about the poor experience. Is this happening with any specific project or all the projects? Have you tried resetting app preferences & checked if it's working properly?

Thanks,

Sumeet
