Premiere 23.1 - Cant drag files from Finder or move files in project window

As title states I am unable to drag files into the Premiere project window from Finder, or move files around within Premiere project window itself.

I've tried reinstalling and resetting prefrences.

I'm on Mac OS 11.6.2 2018 Intel MacBook Pro

Extrememly lame.

How do I fix? Thanks.
