Premiere 23.2 can't open projects

Whenever I try to open any project Premiere hangs and leaves me with a black playback screen and a rotating pinwheel. Oddly, I can create new projects then import from old projects, but once those projects are saved they become equally inacesible. Clearing the media cache, downgrading or reinstalling premiere have not helped.

Adobe sucks! Same thing happened to me. One of the reasons I switched to Davinci Resolve. This is unacceptable.

This (major) issue hasn't be resolved, has it?

What the hell is Adobe doing? Loading projects, the basic function! And meanwhile, we pay.
