I have the 2025 version of the Adobe suite installed on an HP Victus machine with a 12th-generation Intel Core i7 processor, 32 GB of RAM, a GeForce RTX graphics card, and Windows 11 as the operating system. The graphics card drivers are up to date, and the cache memory dedicated to the Adobe suite is cleared.
My problem is that Premiere and After Effects do not show any previews. I have the same versions installed on a Mac Mini with lower specs, and everything works fine on the Mac.
How can I fix this issue on the Windows 11 machine?

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Are you using the NVIDIA Studio Driver, not the Game Driver?

When you say 'Preview' are you referring to the "Program Monitor" panel is open, a clip is selected in the timeline and nothing is in the PM?
