Premiere and After Effects wont open

I was using Photoshop, Prtemiere and AE to edit some stuff some months ago, and suddently I installed a custom ROM of windows 11 and both AE and Premiere wont even launch. 

Photoshop works perfectly, but when I try to open Premiere for example it just closes in the floating rectangle loading screen. Ive tried running administrator, updating premier, downgrading premiere updates etc. So Im sick of trying fixes, I just need a solution now.

Can you open it from the exe file in Program Files?

Try right clicking and choose Run as administrator.

Yep, nothing happens

Is your firewall or antivirus blocking it?

If not, I would uninstall, use the Cleaner Tool, and reinstall:
