Premiere and Encoder unlinked?

Hello, colleagues. I have a subscription to the Adobe suite. Since yesterday for some reason, the Media Encoder was disconnected from Premiere. When I want to ingest or export, it opens the Encoder but does not load projects or files. Literally, Media Encoder does nothing... Any suggestions?

Didn't work... I have reinstalled both programs twice...
