Hi everybody, last week a student of mine got a message while opening his premiere project saying some color correction features required a premiere pro account, with prompts to either continue or close the project.
The problem is strange cause all my students have it cause we're all using k12 accounts. What could have caused this?
Thanks in advance

Could it be this problem?

I will try this. However I think it's strange because it happened now and all these accounts have been activated since september 2024

Only going on the most vague of info, 'some color correction', that was/is happening when a project was opened and saved in a newer version of PP, say the beta, and then opened in the shipping version, which doesn't have those beta features yet.
