Premiere Completely MESSED UP My Sequence When Relinking Footage

Hi Folks,

Hope you're well. Wondering if any of you could give me a hand. 

The footage for this project keeps repeating itself on the sequence. I have no idea what might've happened. The footage used for this project is correct, the only thing that changed was the location of the same.

1) Cleared all the caches and then some;

2) I put the footage back to its original location, but nothing;

2) I tried to import the sequences to a new project, nothing again;

3) I tried the backup project files, same problem!

Any thoughts?

On updating PR to a newer version: I am using PR v23.4.0 - I am not really willing to upgrade premiere considering all the problems and bugs that the new versions have been showing. I lost two days of work on the last update, so until I am sure the new versions are stable, I am not updating it.
