Premiere crashes then claims I don't have the current version (I do)

My app keeps crashing when I try to export a video. When I run the diagnostics, it claims I need to install version 24.3. That's the version I'm running.

Open Premiere, then go to Help/About Premiere Pro. Make a screenshot and post here on the forum.
