When I double click a clip in my bin and open it in the Source window, Premiere crashes when I try to drag the clip to the Timeline. I AM able to use the Insert buttun to get it to the Timeline. If I double click the clip in the Timeline or match frame, I don't have a problem dragging it to the Timeline. There are three computers all with the same setup (Premiere 2002.4 and latest Mac OS Catalina) and only one is having this problem. I'm sure I'm just overlooking a simple setting but this is getting very frustrating.

Hi Jon,
Sorry. Which camera generated this problematic video clip? Do other video clips from different sources work OK? Let me know.
Thanks,
Kevin

Everything I'm using was shot with the Sony FX9 but I don't think that's the issue. We have three computers using the same media on shared storage and the other two computers aren't experiencing this problem.
When I try to drag a clip to a timeline that's been opened in the Source window from a bin, the cursor gets a little circle/slash and I get the beachball of doom.

I should also say that this happens so matter what clip is used.
