Has anyone had a problem with Premiere crashing when creating an After Effects composition? What happens is after I send a clip over to AE I then get the spinning ball in Premiere. Both programs are up to date and I cleared my cache and preferences, so it's not that. Thanks!

Hi there!

Sorry for the crash. We can get this checked. Can you provide the following information?

  • What are your system details (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)?
  • Does it happen with a specific project?
  • Are you getting any error codes or messages?

Let us know.

Thanks,

Kartika

Hi jakeprice,

Did you reset the preference of both After Effects and Premiere Pro? If that doesn't help, try disabling your firewall and antivirus.

Let us know if it brings any change.

Thanks,

Nishu
