I used to be able to import the VR file from my Canon R5 using the dual fish eye lens. Now, everytime I do this, it crashes. I updated to the most recent Premiere, I have the correct Canon software installed and I have subscribed to the service needed. The file is only 20 seconds long. Any ideas?
Sorry to hear about this. By the most recent version, do you mean Premiere Pro 23.2? Do you see any error codes or messages when Premiere crashes? Let us know if it will be possible for you to share a sample source file for us to test. We're here to help.
