Premiere Crashes when Pressing File Button

This issue just started up within the last month or two.

I've reinstalled Adobe from scratch, even tried using "Bulk Crap Uninstaller" as well to remove anything deep in the file structure. Total clean install.

I've updated to the latest drivers, gaming and studio. I even rolled back to older drivers of both to see if that would help, no luck.

Adobe and my Windows 10 are all up to date. I've tried clearing the media cache, uninstalling all extensions, reseting the workspace.

No luck.

Sometimes I can get it to open one of the drop downs, but then if I click any of the menu items it will simply crash again.

Any guidance or updates coming out soon to fix this? Happy to provide any details or specs I can.

@wagnergw also does your computer meet minimum system requirements for HD space and Graphics Cards?

Apologies, you're right. I posted in the wrong group, it is a premiere specific problem, not photoshop.

I have been using the entire adobe suite on this laptop for several years now with no issue. It has a GTX 3070 and an i7-10875H. I have several hundred gigs of space available as well.
