premiere crashes when touching the tool icon on the Touch Bar

i recently bought an macbook pro for editing videos. out of curiosity i tried the new touchbar but every time i tap the tool icon it crashes my premier pro! anyone having the same problem or does somebody know how to fix this?

• What are your system details (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)?
• Are you seeing any error codes or messages when it crashes?
